It consists of Whole Wheat, Jowar,Sesame, Cow Ghee,Rock Salt etc

Whole Wheat – It is good source of Carbohydrates.Green Moong is rich in Proteins.

Jowar- It is rich in protein, fiber, iron and calcium. It has good amount of anti oxidant ,hence has heart benefits.It is  gluten free food .

Sesame- is rich in Poly and Mono unsaturated fats. Sesame is also rich in Protein, dietary fibre, Calcium,Vitamin B, Magnesium, Iron and other minerals and also has a cholesterol lowering effect.

Cow Ghee-  It has a high smoke point hence less likely to form dangerous free radicals while cooking.Ghee’s short chain fatty acid get metabolize fast .Ghee helps in digestion and is rich with antioxidants.

Rock Salt- it is also called as Saindhav.It is Pinkish in Colour and does not raise blood pressure like normal salt.

To make it tasty and healthy, it also has Ajwain, Kasuri methi , Green Chilli Powder and Rock Salt.
